About Me
Tanvi is the founder of House of TeeGee Productions LLP and an Advisory board member at Shoolini Uni. She was acknowledged as one of the most powerful young women in Bollywood by Elle India in 2016. She stands tall with over 15 films to her credit as Executive Producer / Line Producer. Celebrating a career spanning over 20 years across films (Yash Raj Films & Phantom Films - India’s top production & distribution houses), television (5 years at MTV) & news (3.5 years at NDTV), Tanvi has today cemented her position as one of the sharpest young producers in India. Her impressive filmography includes super hit Hindi feature films like Super 30, Udta Punjab, London Paris New York, Bombay Velvet & Queen.

As the first-ever female Executive Producer at Yash Raj Films, she helmed the critically & commercially successful superstar Rani Mukerji starrer ‘Mardaani 2’.

Now an award-winning Independent Film Producer, Tanvi's first project under her banner in India was 'Jaan Jigar' – winner of the Best Short Film award at the Mumbai Film Festival in 2018. Her next as Producer - an anthology of 3 shorts (Tea and a Rose, A Short Hello, Dinner in Lockdown) directed by Indrani Ray, filmed through the lockdown of 20/21, with crew and a stellar cast (Adil Hussain, Natasha Rastogi, Dipannita Sharma, Shibani Dandekar-Akhtar, Sheykhar Ravjiani) across continents is selected for the Chicago South Asian Film Festival, South Asian Film Festival Montreal, Dallas Ft Worth South Asian Film Festival and Female Eye Film Festival amidst rave reviews and nominations.
All 4 films are now showcasing on Voot Select in India. She just wrapped her next, an Estonian short film ‘Weight of Light’ shot in Delhi and directed by the award-winning director Anna Hints. She is currently busy prepping for a feature film and a series.
With a desire to tell compelling stories through unique story-telling, she is also the Producer of India’s 1st female animated comic superhero – Priya (www.priyashakti.com) & the US State Dept-backed, AR comic & animated public service short voiced by Bollywood biggies Vidya Balan, Mrunal Thakur - ‘Priya’s Mask’ released in 2020. Its next edition 'Priya and the Twirling Wind’ on the very pertinent and relevant Climate Change launched on Earth Day this year. Supported by renowned activist and environmentalist Dr. Vandana Shiva, it has won the Best Animated Short at the UK Asian Film Festival.
With her extensive experience in shooting across different countries for over a decade & a deep understanding of the requirements of 'producers', Tanvi expands her horizons and is now also providing Production Services overseas through her company, Filmy FZ LLC in UAE. She headed the Abu Dhabi schedule of the recently released Hrithik Roshan - Saif Ali Khan starrer 'Vikram Vedha’. She was also the Associate Producer for the recently released film 'Code Name: Tiranga'.
With exposure across varied mediums of entertainment, as a Producer, she is passionate about both - creating memorable content & the journey to achieving it! She believes in curating a tribe of like-minded visionaries for whom intent & purpose define their approach - whether cast or crew!
